Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and busy, all while we have fun together! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the middle of our campaigns, you are the one who creates the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks neat, is well-stocked, and is inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you rebuild an entire department. No day is the same – and we love that!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems with a "I'll handle it!" attitude
• Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
• Are at least 18 years old
• Spread positive energy and want to grow with us
